We live in Four Season's Beaumont. Victor's Sports Bar is a wonderful local pub. We have always had THE best service. Everyone knows your name here! Happy Hour is great, they really know how to mix a drink. The beer is very cold. Lots of TV sets if you are here to watch sports. We had a party of 13 this week and called in advance. They set up the VIP room for us. When our food orders were ready they were able to serve all 13 of us at the same time with wonderful (hot) food. The Chef came out to make sure we were all enjoying our evening. Could not be better! I wish I could give 6 stars! Gayl & Mona
Great NY steak! Lemon chicken with angel hair pasta 10+ Fish was great too. Atmosphere was great, live sax on Sat was great too. House CAB was well balanced. Definitely coming back!
I've heard mixed reviews about his place so decided to try it myself. I loved it! Great dining which surprised me in Beaumont. There were a couple of reviews on Yelp for Italian food out this way, but this one looked like a fine dining restaurant. So I needed to try it It is good! We started with two appetizers. The meatball and the calamari. Wow! What a start. It's a homemade meatball with fresh mozzarella inside covered in marina sauce. I'm not a meatball fan myself so my husband ordered it. Guess what? I am a meatball fan here. It was delicious. The calamari was an awesome batter and the best dipping sauce ever. Kind of a caper, olive sauce. Too hard to explain...just come try it. Main: I ordered the gnocchi it was great. I added shrimp because I need protein on it. It was delicious. I would recommend it. My husband got the ribeye. We will be honest....just ok. But I guess it's an Italian restaurant the steak maybe isn't the best choice? The creme brûlée was great, too. Wine selection: ehhhh....glad I brought my own bottle in. I'm more of a Napa wine kind of girl and deep reds. Only two options for Cabernet one from Italy and then an ok wine from Napa. I say give this place a shot
I have been to Victors several times since my initial review. The ambiance has improved. Nice decor, music level is good. Nice printed detailed menus. The service is good. They usually anticipate what you need and are prompt upon your request.
